Arrived unharmed in 29 days. Not very well packed, one of the pouch's plastic cap was crushed; however headset was unharmed. The headset works very well, connects quickly to my phone. A voice and various sounds announce every operation (powering, pairing, closing). Yes, caller number can be heard for incoming calls. Not yet tested vocal commands. Headset is bigger than other models, but I like it. Previous headset was so light that I could not sense when it fell and lost it :(
