It’s perfect for my use, I like taking my cat outside and sometimes we go on walks so it’s right for her. It’s not very strong, I wouldn’t use it if I had like a husky or Rottweiler or anything. Didn’t measure the whole length but the first picture is all of it pulled out. I’ve had it for a few weeks now and overall I’m definitely happy with my purchase!!
